With the offline version of UpToDate, you can use it with all your devices not only iPad, but iPhone and various Android devices (squinting your eye if you are using smaller screens but its totally worth the effort!!)
To do that you will need GoodReader
Download the UpToDate offline here
After joining the file with HJSPLIT (download here), you get a zip file.
Copy the whole zip file (NOT EXTRACTED) into your GoodReader.
Extract using your GoodReader
Finally you will see an UpToDate folder in your GoodReader.
Navigate to the folder, choose the UpToDate.htm
Enjoy your resources!!
